Q. I can't remember my password...

Answer:
If you have forgotten your password you can use the password retrieval tool to have your password sent to you.

Q. I've changed my email address since I registered with Golden Carers

Answer:
If you have changed your email address since registering with Golden Carers, then you must first login with your old email address. Once logged in, click on the 'My Account' link in the Members menu on the right and update your email address.

Q. Where can I print a receipt for my payment?

Answer:
Login and click on the 'My Account' link in the Members Menu on the right hand side of the website.

Open the relevant invoice by clicking on the link. Print as required.

Q. I would like Head Office to pay for my subscription. How can I arrange an invoice?

Answer:
Register your account and then login to the website.

Click on the 'My Account' link in the Members Menu on the right hand side of the website.

Click the 'Create invoice for payment' link. The new invoice will appear at the top of the page

Open the invoice by clicking on the link. Print and supply to head office for payment.
