I'm thrilled that I discovered this marvellous site. It has become my "bible" for ideas, information and creativity. We can learn so much from one another and when we share these ideas, we all benefit. My clients absolutely love the activities I've picked up from Golden Carers. Thank you.

Themed Sing-along - Songs starting with: I'm

What a lot of fun! Will include this idea in my Music themed activity in February!

I Remember The Cheese Of My Childhood

What a joy to read...and I'm not even of this generation! But first day back for our group, I intend reading it out to them, and print off some copies, as so many of our gorgeous clients love to take home poems and jokes.
Thanks Christine.

Golden Carers....wow! My new colleague recommended this fantastic resource provider to me, and I have revitalised the enthusiasm that was waning somewhat over the last year or so.
The ideas for activities are endless. And there is so much to learn from others who work in this service.
Keep 'em coming!

Thank you so much to those who responded to my query re: large dice.
Some great ideas and suggestions!

Can anyone help me locate reasonably large dice?
I have several games that require them, but the ones I have already are too fiddly. They are one inch square, but I reckon a larger size would be better.
Thanks

Guess the Profession Quiz

Sheila, I love this idea. My Seniors group insist on a joke or witty one liners. And as I am a frustrated thespian at heart, I enjoy hamming it up a bit...and they love it!
