This is my go to site. I have looked at the others, but Golden Carers has a sense of fun and creativity that makes the activities we do enjoyable for all. They are adaptable for all levels. We did the Olympic Day and had a blast. Everyone got up and participated !!! Thank you.

I think what is helpful is not only to record the visits but to say how they participated
In other words were than active participant a passive participant were they listening etc
You may also want to use the tool kit that golden Carers provides

You could have colour by numbers work sheet or word search , or spot the difference
