I would start by giving potential residents a monthly and/or weekly Activity calendar and highlight some of the bread, cinnamon favorites, and ask the potential resident but their favorite are
Hopefully you will have similar activities on the calendar
Show them where are you conduct many of the activities
Talk about special activities, such as monthly birthday parties and event for the holidays
Tell them about friendship, clubs for residents
Highlight what you do at resident council meeting
Maybe have a little gift for them also
