Hi, I noticed the postcard exchange between Golden Carer members and that's a great idea. It made me wonder if we could start a postcard exchange between residents in facilities all over Australia?

We are an aged care facility in Martin in Western Australia.

How do we get involved in a post card exchange between facilities..? Can someone explain how it actually works, I'd like to suggest it where I am doing work placement..
