Hi
I work 30 hours a week, with 54 high care residents. I find that this is not enough hours - any tips for time management?
My contract has potential for more hours, I've just followed on from the man who left. my fellow DT's are on 38 hours. We have equal responsibility etc.
Any tips on how to approach management on increasing my hours?
