Hi Diane
Thank you again for sharing this activitY Can you help help Jill with her question about powdered lemonade or lemon lime soda
Thank you
Jill 25th Aug 2020 PBSS
Is this powdered lemonade mix or a lemon lime soda?
Diane 26th Aug 2020
Hi

In the UK we have cheap 330ml can of what we call lemonade, it is Fizzy like Sprite or 7up, but don’t use those you should use the ordinary cheap basic ‘Lemonade’, apparently works better.
Hope this helps

Has anyone tried this with heavy whipping cream (I'm in the US)? I know that heavy cream has less fat (about 36 to 38%). I don't think we can get double cream here.

Grams to cups
Flour
130 grams = 1 cup
So 600 grams = 4.61 approximately
Double cream
227 grams =1 cup
So 300 grams = 1.25approximately
330 ml=
11.16 ounces approximately

What exactly is double cream? Is it comparable to whipping cream?
Solange 11th Oct 2019 Diversional Therapist
Hi Angelica, double cream is a very rich cream with 48% fat, making it the most versatile. I have heard that you can mix Greek yogurt and milk - half and half - as a good alternative.
