Taste Day

We do this at our facility but I call it Paddock to Plate and we follow a product from production to plate. We have done Wheat to flour to bread, baking a loaf of bread in the unit and then tasting the warm bread. I found this great for the men as we are in a farming area and it was a great rememberence thing as well. Today we are doing Dairy and have a little cow and cheeses, milk and ice cream for tastings and discussion.
