I write a calendar yearly with all my concerts booked, special events and religious events and people who sell clothing, shoes ect and give it to my next of kin so they can be involved and plan ahead I also add pictures of events we have held in the previous year so family can see what happened on site ( Be careful that the residents in the photos have given permission to have their photo taken for this purpose )
plus it is helpful in writing the program monthly for residents

Hi Katja,
Yes I have my program on TV in foyer so new residents, families can view what we offer I change it every month.
It was part of my CI for two years ago. We had great feed back on it
