Hi Olivia, I called about a dozen aged care homes and asked where they like to hire people from (ie, which course they think is the best) and a lot recommended LASA (Leading Aged Care services Australia) through the University of Melbourne. The course was brilliant and the teachers were really inspiring. I highly recommend. The only thing was that you had to have a job in the industry already (!) as you need to be mentored throughout the course by your boss. I went for a job without any experience and was accepted and can't recommend it enough. Hope that helps!!
