Do any of you have resident's profiles posted in their rooms as talking points for nursing staff or volunteers to use? I would like to have something printed that I can fill in blanks to display in each resident's room. Hello, my name is_______. I grew up in________. My hobbies are________. etc. I am looking for ideas.

Any ideas for a Christmas countdown? Something a small group can put together, but can be enjoyed by all? 44 bed Skilled Nursing, many are at different levels of dementia. I do have a small group of higher functioning that can do simple projects, so I am thinking of something the higher level can put together, but can be enjoyed during the count down by everyone.

I was hesitant at first to sign up for another website for activities, but I have been pleasantly surprised.
