Good morning! I am looking for recommendations for an exercise routine that incorporates music. I have located one great You tube podcast “ Flashback theatre” the residents love exercising to this and singing along to familiar tunes. however am wanting to spice things up and provide some variety. i think would also be great to make large A3 sized Carboard Triangle Cutouts and follow the same idea, and buy wrapping paper/sticking tape and get the residents to wrap the triangles, putting all the beautiful patterns together as a large tree in the end.
