Hello, I run raffles throughout the year to raise money for residents token Christmas presents. During the first week of September I place a list of the resident's names in that lodge office and ask staff for Christmas gift ideas around $10.00 in value each. I then pick these lists up Mid October and begin buying the gifts. One year a Manager used her corporate card to purchase however I have not seen that happen since hence the raffles.
