Is this a real calendar?
It's an example our team planned using the same tools members use, so feel free to click around. The Calendar Gallery has more full sample calendars, plus real calendars shared by members of our community.
Do I have to plan every month from scratch?
No. Sessions can repeat automatically every week or month, you can copy a whole month across in one click, and when you're stuck for what to run, tap Ideas and your session is named and ready.
How many calendars can I have?
As many as you need. Keep separate calendars for different groups or areas, switch between them from the header, and a single event can show on several of your calendars at once, or on all of them.
What do I get when I print?
The video above shows it best, because nothing else like this exists. Pick a theme, background, colours and fonts, decorate with icons and photos, then download a print-ready PDF, an editable PDF, or a Word document.
Can residents and families see it?
If you choose to share it. Sharing is off until you turn it on, and then one public link always shows your latest months. Put it on a TV and it plays as a slideshow of today's activities.
Do I need a membership?
Yes, to create your own. You're welcome to explore the samples for as long as you like, and a Golden Carers membership unlocks your own calendar along with thousands of activities for seniors.
