This is a great idea because photographs are great for reminiscence work with the elderly. And Penny, you are right about us, in turn, learning more about the person we are working for. Combining two things that are good - collages and photographs it doesn't get better than that.

Thanks for all your suggestions and help - I am fairly new to this I've only been in the job for about four or five months now but this website helps me to learn and improve all the time.
