That's perfect! Will be this teaching this one to our residents at our next exercise class. They will love it. Thank you for sharing!

Hi D’ayrne

Thanks for your suggestion of other songs residents can dance to

I used to do head shoulders knees and knees because some residents after have trouble touching their toes and we don’t want anyone to fall

Thank you Gwyneth

The people who you served must really miss you

I will be glad when this terrible corona virus comes to an end, I am missing my clients very much, I don't know when we will be able to start back, it is a Day Care centre, held in a Community Centre, and our clients come from the North and South, we pick them up by buses, but at the moment there are no buses and no drivers, all volunteers, so no day care centre, it is a very rewarding job, its great to feel that you are making someone happy, and it is great that they make you feel happy too, I have enjoyed every bit of my volunteering work, over 30 years, and still doing it in my late 80's, waiting to start back, a life time of happiness, and I love golden carers very much, I am unable to work hands on, but sending some of my ideas into you, is very good for me too, being active all these years it is hard to slow down, and why should we! All the best to everyone who participates in this great web site from all over the world.

Our residents also enjoy doing "The Hokey Pokey" and "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes"!
