For the last year and a half, I have had no budget. Everything I have done and received has been through donations and fundraisers. We have several craft shows per year, this is where we make the bulk of the money. Family Fun Night with entertainment where family can join for dinner at $7.00 each, $2.00 of which comes to the Activity Dept. We get our vendors to donate gift baskets and we sell raffle tickets. Just after Thanksgiving we have "In House" shopping days, where for $15.00 a vendor can set up their items and my residents get to shop without leaving their home. The booth fee comes to the activities dept. We have bake sales, hot boiled peanut sales, Silent Auctions on residents art work, just to name my top producing sales. Good Luck!
