Thank You for providing a report of 6 Tips for Writing a Self-Assessment. This report comes at a time when many in my filed are short staffed and overworked covering many jobs at once. In the field covering both recreation and rehabilitation, as well as management and aide work, I am feeling less successful in a job well done. Being stretched in every direction every day is tiring me out. I feel I am failing my residents, as well as the other staff I work alongside - the care aides and the nurses.
A self-assessment may be a good way to see where my strengths and weaknesses are, and adjust my time management somewhat.
