Just to make sure I understand correctly - are you using the Print or Play (slideshow) version of this activity?
If you're using Play mode, there's an option to control whether images appear on the Question slide or the Answer slide. That said, since this is a picture quiz where the image is the clue, hiding it on the question slide would mean residents don't have anything to look at - so I want to make sure that's what you have in mind before pointing you in the right direction.
If you'd like to set it up differently, the best option would be to Copy the activity and customise it to suit your group. That way you can adjust the questions, images, and layout however you like without affecting the original.
