A fun and flexible word game that encourages thinking, creativity, and plenty of laughter.
Write a selection of common initials or acronyms on the whiteboard and ask participants if they know what they stand for.
If no one knows the answer, provide a clue, such as where the acronym might be used or what the first letter stands for.
Once the correct answer has been discussed, encourage participants to create their own funny or imaginative meanings for the initials. The sillier the answers, the better!

This sounds like a great activity Heather
If you do not have a whiteboard you could put the initials on a piece paper and give each resident the paper so they can see
You could also get this to residents to do independently and compare what each wrote
