I tried this with a small group this week and it was perfect. One lady began the session feeling agitated and anxious, but she was so calm and relaxed by the end of it. Please keep posting some more scripts! x
Thanks Vicky. You must have delivered the material well for it to effect her this way. There is much in the tone of voice which can also help to make someone feel calm.
