We do this every month at my facility and our residents love it! We have about 5 songs that i have made rhythms to and 2 freestyle songs. They enjoy every bit of the fun, music, and workout.
Would you be willing to share your songs and the rhythms you use. I have 3 songs, but not quite long enough of program.
