Hi guys! I am new to this field and will be starting in a newly built facility. I am trying to compile a list of supplies and equipment I will need to get my department rolling. I would love to get suggestions from experienced Program Directors. What were some things (outside of the basic art/craft supplies and games) you wish you had when you first started?

Lots of storage. Buy some tubs for storage, paper boxes stink...
Get a GOOD Camera !!! Take lots of pictures for your own archives as well as for the facility. Get handy with "Excel" . Good luck and always have fun. I've been in this business for 30 years.
