Hi Everyone,

Currently I'm a part time Lifestyle Assistant and going for an interview for a Lifestyle Coordinators role and would love if anyone had any suggestion on what some interview question i might face. I have prepared myself for the most common ones but would love if anybody could share with me.

Hi Paul, interviews vary a lot, however, you may be asked some of the following:

• talk about yourself

• Why do you want to join us?

• What are your strengths?

• What do you think about 'person-centre' care?

• Have you had a conflict at the previous workplace?

• What do you understand about work ethics?

Are you familiar with P.I.E.C.E.S. and can you give examples of how you would implement and include these in your daily routine.

Hi Paul, as another male in this industry, you are about to embark on a wonderful career.Talk about what you think you bring to the job,what you feel is needed and what you think your residents should be entitled to.Yoy could talk about changes or activities you would like to see implemented.You can also talk about how you enjoy your job and the people you care for. If you have made any impression on some family members ,it would be good to get a few cooment on your behalf from them. Good luck,enjoy,relax and be yourself.
