i am doing a dinner for our 20 resident facility as we get prepared meals. myself and some volunteers will cook it completely in house so the residents can get the smell of their food and to help prepare.
We are doing a cocktail hour before dinner with small finger food. Any ideas on the best thing to serve for this
Hi Amanda, we do regular food tasting activities which are really fun. One we did with a "70's cocktail food" theme and our residents really enjoyed the blast from the past - devilled eggs, pigs in blankets, gerkins/cheese/onions/cabanosi on toothpicks stuck into a halved orange, french onion dip, celery sticks filled with cream cheese, etc. Have a great time!
