over three years ago I worked at a Regis and they spend very little money on residents. They wouldnt even buy a DVD player for them to watch movies.working for the Government is better pay I choose the hours I work to fit in with family and I really love the residents and the staff are extremely helpful with large events.

Hope you are treated better at another facility.
