In our facility our residents are usually in their rooms regardless of the pandemic.
I do room to room everything:
Beachball basketball- small beachball and dollar store laundry basket
Flamingo ring toss
Morning stretches
Give everyone a magazine and have them find certain items for a collage: ex: food items then take every one's picks and put it together. When I have completed it I bring it around to show them what they did.
There's a bunch of crafts to do on Pinterest- in room
There are also short funny stories and jokes
Yesterday we decorated sand dollars with markers and made necklaces out of them
Tomorrow we are making beaded bracelets.
Also coloring with pencils and coloring pages off Pinterest is a good go to when I need something fast.
