Has anyone located a free printable Thank you Certificate for Veteran's, to honor them on Veteran's Day? Something that can be altered to insert the residents name?

You can use this template and add our own touches but it’s not specifically for veterans

You can always hand these out to veterans whether it’s Veterans Day or not
