Hi, I am in the US and love this site. I keep coming across the term "low care" though and I don't know what it means. Are all residents classified as "low care/high care" according to acuity? Would love for someone across the pond to demystify this for me lol. Thank you!

Thanks so much for your feedback Laura! That's a great point, 'low care' implies 'assisted living' whereas 'high care' implies 'skilled nursing care'.
