Hi I have always done a weekly planner and monthly newsletter, but now being asked to make a larger one or a daily one as we only have an A4 printer and the residents can't read it... Any ideas on a daily or part weekly activity planner please..

Ask for a new printer that prints 8 x 11 documents
After all you were asked to do this, so they have to give you the tools to do it
And the meantime make a daily calendar use 2 sheets of paper am and pm and staple them. Use bold print. This is a lot of work.
I will think about it
If you have an old white board , I put mine on and then you can use whiteboard markers to change activities on a weekly basis.
