Hello, thank you for all the great ideas you have. I'm looking for a template with dietary requirements, especially with allergies as a new client with early-stage dementia has joined the group and has a allergy to all shellfish that I can use in Social Support, all my clients live at home and attend weekly sessions in the centre and weekly outings, where they go out for lunch.
Hi Marilyn, thanks for your kind words! We don’t currently have a template specifically for dietary requirements and allergies. As allergies can be a serious safety issue, I’d recommend checking with your organisation to see what documentation they use for recording and communicating this information, particularly for outings and meals away from the centre.
