You can do Activities Director training online through the Activity Directors Network and NAAP, although there are plenty of other options too.
You could also try asking in Activity Director Ideas (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1113731255368861) on Facebook. It’s a very active group with over 130,000 members, so you may get some great recommendations there.
