that sounds what I did last year i used felt stocking patterns on my t shirt you can never find them in a large size the ordinary t shirts I mean.
Have just bought a polo shirt from Lowes and a felt Christmas stocking from the Reject shop and appliqued the stocking onto the polo shirt...makes an original Christmas shirt instead of wearing a t-shirt.
