Making the Print Font Bigger

Larger print makes a world of difference for many residents. Use the Font Size control in the print window to make any activity easier to read.

Adjust the Font Size

When you print an activity, look for the Font Size control. Use the + and - buttons, or drag the slider, to scale the text anywhere from 50% to 200%. The preview updates as you go, so you can see exactly what will come out of the printer.

Pick a Paper Size

The Paper Size control is right there too. Choose A4 or Letter to match your printer before you print.

A Note on PDF Activities

Some older activities are pre-made PDF documents with a fixed layout, so the font size can't be changed for those. If larger text matters for your group, look for activities with a print preview, as they can always be resized.
