how does the icecream keep from melting!

Myra avatar

Salem if the ice cream is frozen rock solid, it wont thaw in 4 1/2minutes it takes to brown the meringue.

you have to follow the instructions, keep the ice-cream frozen. Have the temperature in the oven correct and it turns out really yummy. I have done this often. You have to eat it straight away!
