Mystery Milk Taste Testing
A milk taste test is a fun and engaging sensory activity. Participants sample a variety of milks such as full cream, almond, soy, oat, or flavoured options and compare their taste, texture, aroma, and appearance.
This simple group activity encourages conversation, stimulates the senses, supports decision-making, and adds variety and enjoyment to the day in a relaxed and social setting.
When running tasting activities, be aware of any allergies or dietary requirements, especially nut and soy allergies.
