I have worked in Aged Care for 30 years now, both here (Tasmania) and in New Zealand. I love the outdoors,gardening, bushwalking, camping, travelling, scuba diving, fishing and cooking.
My position as a Trainer/Educator for a private RTO takes me to lots of different places in Tasmania. I complete my degree via distance with Charles Sturt in 2002 and have since gone on to complete a Diploma of business Management and the TAE40110.
I am passionate about DT and have been a member since 1991! I am currently a Board member of the DTA.

That is a very good question and most organisations will have something in place to assist you when documenting. "Nil changes" is frowned upon and not seen as an evaluation.
