I am a Diversional Therapist running a private practice in Melbourne. I currently run two sessions a week at a small privately run low care nursing home. I have worked in large high care facilities and with ABI clients in the past. I began a career in Diversional Therapy 10 years ago after a long career in Interior Decoration and retail. I stumbled upon the world of Aged Care after joining the Red Cross Volunteers for the Elderly program when my children where very small and simply loved the company of elderly people. I trained at Mayfield College and achieved cert 3,cert 4 and a Diploma in Community service specialising in Diversional Therapy.
