A German beer server is traditionally known as a Kellnerin, the German word for a waitress.
During Oktoberfest, she is often called a Wiesn Kellnerin. In English-speaking countries, she is sometimes playfully referred to as a beer maid or beer wench in traditional Oktoberfest settings.
