Thank you for sharing Helena. You could also try Road Dahl's books. The stories are in rhyme and they tend to be longish but you may read just one verse at time.
I have been reading Dr Seuss books to my dementia residents, they love it with the silly rhyming words and bright pictures, they all have a great giggle.
