I am the chair of the Culinary Committee at my Independent Living community. I'm trying to develop guidelines and a charge from our Resident Council so there is some structure to pass on to new members and a new chair if they ever let me leave. Would love to see anything you have in your communities to help me do that. Thanks for your help!
We already meet monthly with our Culinary Director, communicate between meetings in person or with texts or emails, and conducted our first Dining Survey in January that got a 52% response rate. We're involved in menu planning and changes, and I make detailed reports to our monthly Resident Council meetings.
My residents thoroughly enjoy all the games I have been collecting from your page for them. Thank you! I am very grateful as I find it a great help to be able to log in and find all these wonderful games for them. Thank you so very much.
