Hi all,
I'm just wondering what sort of paper based system you use to capture what you residents do during the day? I work in a 101 bed facility and the previous systems that were in place and others that I have tried are all very time consuming.

Hi Kara, if you want to do this manually you could use a monthly sheet, one for each client, using a tickbox for each activity attended and space to record engagement, absenteeism, enjoyment. For example:
Monthly:
