I'm very excited to have finally joined this group! I do at times feel like I'm not supported by my colleagues who as you say don't get what we actually do for our residents and the importance of our role in their lives on a day to day basis, I've been a lifestyle coordinator for four years bringing nine years worth of AIN strengths and knowledge to my role.
