Hi I have been asked to do a food survey with our residents to update the menu. Does anyone have one I could use please?

I do not have a specific form to use to do a food survey

did seem like our residents liked

to talk about the food at the resident council meeting

You may want to talk to the food service director the dietitian and the speech therapist to help you
