Hi Nikki

Congratulations on your new role

It is a good idea to do wand ones to get to know the residents

Golden Carers has many great activity ideas

If you could be a little more specific about the likes and dislikes and the abilities of the residents I could be of more help

In general you want to have a resident council meeting and listen to what the residents have to say

Here are some sample calendars that might help you

There are several programs on this site that will help you make a Calendar

There are other programs but I’m not stout this

Hi Nikki

Congratulations on your new role. Whilst I don't work as a Lifestyle Coordinator, I have worked with aged care clients for many years. I have personally never found a better website than Golden Carers - so you absolutely have your choice of activities here! Getting ideas for activities from residents, organise a calendar of events and above all have as much fun as the residents do!!

This site has meant the world to me. It is so broad and covers a lot of aspects of Elderly living. I am so confident about presenting my activities to my Residents, as we find it stimulating, both physical and cognitively
