Hello everyone, this website and the resources found here have been such a blessing for me. My building administrator and myself are wanting to increase activity participation. I have been working for months to try and come up with a solid way to help staff know who would like to be up for activities and figuring out how to have staff help get them to and from the activities. We are a smaller building and a mix of skilled and long term care. It is just myself during the week for activities staff. I have looked at the resources for increasing participation but any and all suggestions are welcome!
