Hi We have recently updated our laptop and it unfortunately does not have cd capability. We used to play a seat exercise DVD. Are there any websites that have free access to seated exercise videos...

Hi there...I completed my Cert IV Leisure & Health last year through TAFE. The course was run online through their New England Campus (Tamworth) with a weekly live (on-line) classroom.
