Hi guys..brain freeze...need help, I want to create a monthly activity sheet..is there any times that for example excerise is best?? What should I be looking at putting into one day?? Any suggestions would be apprieacted ??

You tube have the fish tank, rain forest etc...

I used this activity weekly, Play U Tube, take request from all the residents individually , have a chat about the song/singer, reminisce ,, always great to liven things up and have some fun and the resident, who picked the tune , if they want to sing, give them a microphone to sing along.... visitors love it too, especially the kids, there are telling everyone they were singing along with "Granny" with U tube...great interaction,,,

Love this weekly programme, anyone have any more samples?? want to make sure I am covering all angles, ideally would like to cover a fortnight with different types of activities...
