Great program!

does anyone have a template or sample of a leisure time survey that they would be willing to share. I work with assisted living and after co vid it has been very difficult to get them out their rooms to attend programs. Thank you for your help

We are just getting back to doing small group programs. No more than 5 people. Has anyone made a new policy for group programs using co vid 19 guide lines.
Just looking for guidance to make a policy
