If the couple wants to keep things private, perhaps hand them have a special dinner would be nice
If they like to be the center of attention, you could have a nice party with entertainment and make them be the center of the celebration
You could even use some of the Valentine’s Day party ideas and then whatever you don’t use you might have when you do celebrate Valentine’s Day
